Privacy Policy

Sabot ERP is a management system for training centres in Uzbekistan. This policy covers the sabot.uz website and the free trial account opened through it.

2.1. What you type yourself

When you fill in the free trial form we receive:

• your name
• the name of your training centre
• your phone number
• your email address
• the number of students — optional
• your message — optional
• the language the site is open in

Nowhere else on the site do we ask for personal data. You do not need an account to use the site.

2.2. Technical data collected automatically

As on any website, the server log records:

• your IP address
• the time of the request and the page opened
• information about your browser and device type (user agent)
• the link you arrived from

2.3. Cookies

The site sets a single cookie — NEXT_LOCALE. It only remembers the language you chose (Uzbek, Russian or English). There are no advertising or tracking cookies; Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and similar code are not installed on the site.

• to open a trial system in your centre's name and give you the sign-in details
• to contact you about the trial and answer your questions
• to protect the site from abuse: if more than 5 forms are sent from one IP address within a minute, requests are blocked temporarily
• to find technical faults and improve how the site works

We make no automated decisions about you and build no profile of you.

By submitting the form you consent to your data being processed for the purposes set out in this policy. Opening the trial system is necessary to provide the service you asked for.

You can withdraw your consent at any time — see section 7.

We do not sell your data and do not give it to anyone for advertising. It lives in these places:

• In the Sabot ERP system — your trial account is created here; we run the system
• With our hosting provider — the site runs on a DigitalOcean server in Frankfurt, Germany
• On Telegram — a notice about a new request may be sent to our internal Telegram channel
• To state authorities — only where the law requires it and through lawful procedure

• Data from the form — kept in the system because your trial account is built on it. If you ask, the account and its data are deleted.
• Server logs — kept for about 12 days, then deleted automatically.
• The cookie — stored in your browser; you can delete it in your browser settings.

You have the right to:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data and trial account deleted
• withdraw consent you gave earlier

Both the site and the trial system run over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the server is restricted.

Important: the initial password for your trial account is built from the digits of the phone number you entered. Change it as soon as you sign in for the first time.

This site does not collect data from children and is not aimed at them.

If a training centre enters data about its students, including minors, into the Sabot system, that data belongs to the centre. We process it only on the centre's instructions as part of providing the service. That relationship is governed by a separate agreement.

As stated above, our server is in Germany — so your data is stored outside Uzbekistan.

Under the amendments to the Law on Personal Data that took effect on 27 March 2026, the requirement to keep all data inside the country was lifted. Certain categories, such as biometric and genetic data, remain an exception — we do not collect data of that kind.

We may run advertisements on Instagram and Facebook. Our site carries no Meta Pixel or other tracking code — it does not report your activity to advertising networks.

Who sees an advertisement is decided by the Meta platform under its own rules and is covered by that platform's privacy policy.

If this policy changes, the new text will be published on this page and the date above updated. We will announce significant changes separately on the site.
