Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 September 2026

In short

Sabot ERP is a management system for training centres. The free trial lasts 3 days and needs no card. After that you pick a plan and pay in advance at the start of each period. What you put into the system — students, payments, reports — stays yours: you can export it at any time, and it is kept for a further 30 days after the agreement ends.

1. What these terms cover

These terms cover the sabot.uz website, the free trial account opened through it, and paid use of the Sabot ERP system.

By submitting the trial form or starting to use the system, you accept these terms. How we handle personal data is set out separately, in the privacy policy.

Below, "we" means Sabot ERP and "you" or "the centre" means the training centre using the service.

2. What the service is

Sabot ERP is a web service for running a training centre's daily work in one place: students and groups, the class timetable, attendance, payments and reports.

Further modules open depending on the plan — teacher payroll, tests and grading, the parents' portal, and consolidated reporting across branches. What each plan includes is listed in the pricing section of the site.

The service runs over the internet and needs no separate software installed. The number of staff accounts is not limited.

3. The free trial

When you fill in the form, an address and a system in your centre's name are created automatically. No card, and no waiting for a call.

  • The trial runs for 3 days with every module open and unrestricted
  • One training centre gets one trial
  • When the trial ends, access to the system stops
  • The data you entered is kept for a further 30 days — choose a plan within that time and everything stays in place; you can also ask for an export
  • After 30 days the trial data is deleted

The password for your first sign-in is built from the digits of the phone number you entered. Change it immediately after you sign in — otherwise anyone who knows your number can get in.

The trial is provided so you can evaluate the service, and it is offered "as is".

4. Plans and payment

Current prices are shown in the pricing section of the site and include VAT. The price depends on the number of active students, not on how many staff you have.

  • Payment is taken in advance — at the start of each month or year for the period ahead
  • Paying yearly gives you two months free
  • If payment does not arrive, you have 5 days' grace; after that the system is suspended and is restored as soon as payment is received
  • You can move to a higher plan at any time; changing mid-month is charged pro rata for the remaining days
  • If your active student count passes the plan's limit, you will need to move to a higher plan

Prices may change. We give at least 30 days' notice, and a period you have already paid for keeps the old price.

Updates, backups and support are included in every plan. The level of support depends on the plan: Start — by email, Oʻsish — a named manager, Tarmoq — 24/7 under a separate agreement.

5. No refunds

Amounts paid are not refunded. That is exactly what the free trial is for: you check whether the service suits you first, and pay afterwards.

You may stop using the service at any time — it keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Setup and data migration

A standard setup is usually ready within 1–3 working days. If the student database is large or bespoke configuration is needed, it can take 2–3 weeks — we tell you the real timeline during the trial.

We migrate your Excel spreadsheets and paper records for you — student lists, groups, payment history and outstanding balances. This is included in the setup price.

How well the migration goes depends on how complete and orderly the data you give us is.

7. The centre's obligations

By using the service you agree to:

  • give accurate information when registering
  • keep logins and passwords secret; anything done with them is your responsibility
  • be responsible for what your staff do in the system
  • collect and enter student and parent data lawfully, including obtaining any consent required
  • not attempt to break into the system, reach another centre's data, or harvest it automatically
  • not pass access to third parties or to another training centre

If these requirements are seriously breached, we may stop your access to the system.

8. Who owns the data

The data you enter into the system — student lists, payments, reports and the rest — belongs to your centre. We use it only to provide the service to you; we do not sell it and do not use it for anything else.

The centre is the owner of its students' data, and we process it on the centre's instructions.

The system itself — the software, design, documentation, and the Sabot name and mark — belongs to us. A right to use the service does not transfer ownership of them.

9. Availability and backups

Your data is backed up regularly, and this is included in every plan.

We announce planned maintenance in advance and schedule it for the quietest hours we can.

A guaranteed uptime commitment (SLA) is offered only on the Tarmoq plan and under a separate agreement. On Start and Oʻsish the service is provided without a continuity guarantee.

10. Limits of liability

We do everything we can to keep the service working well, but errors and interruptions cannot be ruled out entirely.

We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, damage to reputation, or obligations towards third parties. In any event our liability does not exceed what you paid us over the preceding three months.

We are not responsible for circumstances outside our control — internet outages, hosting or telecom failures, natural disasters, or decisions of state authorities.

11. Ending the agreement

You may leave at any time: tell us, the system runs to the end of the period you paid for, and paid amounts are not refunded.

We may stop providing the service if the terms are seriously breached or payment is overdue.

  • After the service ends, your data is kept for 30 days
  • Within that time you can ask us to export your data
  • After 30 days the data is deleted and cannot be recovered

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new text will be published on this page and the date above updated. We give at least 30 days' notice of significant changes.

If you keep using the service after a change, you are taken to have accepted the new terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

If a dispute arises we will first try to settle it by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court in the manner laid down by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
